Cassia Bodywork offers 60-minute, 90-minute and 120-minute bodywork sessions. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent including our location, parking advice, and a brief online medical history form to ensure your safety during your bodywork session. All health information collected is protected by HIPAA compliance. Our clinic cancellation and no-show policies are listed below.

Our Location

We are located at the north-west intersection on 3020 N. Kimball Ave, in the Garrett Wellness Center iron-gate building of the Avondale neighborhood. Free parking is provided.
 

Our Policies

Preparing for your appointment

To prepare for your visit, we ask that you complete a brief medical history form to ensure your safety during your session. Please arrive to your appointment dressed comfortably and allow yourself ease by arriving 15 minutes ahead of time.

Our Late-Arrival & cancellation policy

At Cassia Bodywork, we value your time and ours. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling, we collect a $10 hold fee to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total visit cost. In the event of a same day cancellation or a no-show on your behalf, this fee will not be returned. We offer customers a 15-minute grace period, however the service time will not be extended.

Payment made simple and easy

To provide you with a stress-free experience, Cassia Bodywork accepts a variety of payment options including pre-payment, cash, or card. We do not accept insurance at this time. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us to discuss our sliding-scale payment options.
